Step 1)
Place barrel nuts into pre-drilled holes in top and bottom pieces(pieces without rack install holes). Turn barrel bolts so that notch is facing end hole.

Step 2)
Arrange side pieces so that rack install holes align.

Step 3)
Use large head box bolts and loosely attach side pieces to top and bottom pieces to form box. Barrel bolts will face inside of box. Countersink holes will face outside of box. DO NOT tighten bolts yet.

Step 4)
Slide the cut-out notches of the two pieces together to form your "X".

Step 5)
Place the "X" you made into your box.
|
|
Step 6)
Tighten large head box bolts to complete your bin.

|
Step 7)
Attach bin to your racks 4 uprights using rack bolts and flange nut. Use 2 nuts and bolts per upright.
