
Shipping Information
We primarily ship via UPS Ground Delivery. If your order is large we do ship via common carrier such as DHL, FedEx Freight, etc... We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please inspect your racks upon delivery for damage and read our returns and cancellation policies below. If your racks show any damage during shipment please notify us immediately and keep the packaging in order for a claim to be made by us against the shipper.Shipping To Canada:
We can ship to Canada. We ask that our Canadian customers handle shipping arrangements. Please contact us with the Item Code of the rack(s) you would like and we will respond to you with package dimensions and weights(approximate) enabling you to determine shipping rates and customs charges to your destination. Please use our pick-up address of 3106 W. Summit Ave. Downingtown, PA 19335 USA.We do not guarantee a specific delivery date but orders typically ship within 10 business days of your order date. Please allow 1 to 6 business days in transit depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number sent to the email address you provided us via telephone or during the checkout process of our website.. There are times when the volume of our orders can delay orders by 1 to 10 days. This can happen during extremely busy times such as holidays.
Please inspect your package(s) upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error such as missing hardware, we will replace the damaged part or correct our error.

Returns and Cancellations Policies
Return Policy:
- Please email orders@winerackshop.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. You can also call us at 610-322-3760.
- Wrap the package(s) carefully. All products must be returned within 15 days of delivery and in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
- Return the product using your preferred shipping method. Please ship returns to our shop address at 3106 W. Summit Ave. Downingtown, PA 19335
- Keep your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so we can track your return package(s).
- We will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.
In the rare event that your unfinished wine rack(s) does not meet your expectations, we will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any product with poor quality, poor workmanship. All racks must be returned within 15 days of delivery date and in original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges for returned and exchanged racks.
Finished Rack(s) Return Policies:
Because we invest a large amount of time in the finish of our wine racks, we accept returns on finished racks for order totals of $600.00 or less. We make no claim to match any finish except on wine racks offered by The Wine Rack Shop. In the rare event that your finished wine rack(s) does not meet your expectations, we will quickly replace, refund, or exchange the product or part with poor quality, or poor workmanship.
